Obama, Obama, Obama. He is the headliner today and will likely be the hot topic for the next few years as the world waits to hear what his plans are to control carbon emissions in the United States. The early read is that he may push back plans for a carbon cap-and-trade scheme until late 2009 or 2010 due to the economic recession.
